Industrial Large Wood Chipper: Power Through Heavy-Duty Wood Processing

Our heavy-duty large wood chipper is engineered for high-volume wood shredding in forestry, landscaping, construction, and biomass energy industries. With robust cutting systems and high-torque engines, it efficiently processes logs, thick branches, and timber up to 30 cm inches in diameter, delivering consistent, uniform wood chips for mulch, fuel, or recycling.

CHIPPING DRUM FOR ELECTRIC HORIZONTAL GRINDER Knife cutterbodies can produce a standard 3/4-inch chip or a fine sawdust-type micro chip for pellet production. Switching to a chipper drum allows The SHDCN to produce a variety of chip sizes from 3/8” to large 2” chips.

ELECTRIC MOTORS The SHDCN electric uses heavy-duty, industry proven motors equipped with soft-starts to reduce the incidence of line-voltage drop. No special foundation is required; just roll The Grinder in, set up, and start grinding.

RADIO REMOTE Control all functions with a radio remote from the comfort of the loader feeding the machine.

CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION This model is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, making your maintenance work more stable, reliable, and simple.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL CABINET Maintenance-friendly; front-mounted operation allows for quick replacement of faulty modules with minimal downtime. Optional intelligent monitoring: The CMC system remotely monitors temperature, humidity, current, and voltage, providing early warnings and reducing the risk of failure.
