This advanced Waste Wood Pellet Production Line is designed to efficiently process various forms of wood waste—including construction timber, discarded pallets, furniture scraps, and industrial wood residues—into high-quality, standardized wood pellets. By converting low-value or problematic waste streams into a consistent and marketable renewable fuel, this system delivers significant environmental, economic, and operational advantages for sustainable resource management.

1. Crushing ：The wood material is coarsely crushed by the Tyrannosaurus Crusher, which can process various heavy scattered materials such as offcuts, slender materials, thin logs, as well as pure logs with a diameter ≤ Ø500.
2. Drying：The crushed materials enter the rotary drum dryer for drying.
3. Pulverizing：The dried materials are finely pulverized by a high-efficiency pulverizer, with a single-machine output ranging from 1 ton to 8 tons.

Broken Smashed It has a wide range of applicable raw materials, and can crush logs, scraps, branches and other materials of various sizes. The largest model can directly crush logs with a diameter of 50cm.

High-Efficiency Crusher It can crush wood chips, shavings, rotary-cut wheat straw, corn stalks and other fibrous materials, and can also crush granular feed ingredients such as corn.

Centrifugal High-Efficiency Pellet Mill Our high-efficiency centrifugal pellet mill is a patented product. We offer the 560 model with a power of 132KW and an hourly output of 1.5-2 tons, and the 850 model with a power of 250KW and an hourly output of 3-4 tons. You can choose the model that best suits your needs.

Belt Conveyor Belt conveyors have strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure, easy maintenance, and can be easily programmed and automated.

Long Warehouse The material used is thick galvanized steel sheet, which has high density, is not easily deformed or corroded, and has a long service life. It adopts a modular structure for easy transportation and on-site assembly by the customer; a hydraulic material leveling device is installed at the bottom of the silo to prevent material bridging; a screw conveyor with variable frequency feeding is installed at the bottom to ensure stable feeding of the pellet mill.

Cooler It adopts a unique vibration mechanism for material discharge, which ensures stable operation and smooth material discharge. Utilizing the counter-flow cooling principle, the particles are cooled fully and evenly.

1. Find raw materials that can be directly processed into pellets, such as branches, wood strips, and wood scraps, preferably dry materials.

2. After determining the raw materials, determine the plant location. Ideally, the plant should be located close to the raw materials or have convenient transportation access.

3. Transformer: The biomass pelleting industry consumes a significant amount of electricity. After determining the production capacity, select and purchase a transformer that matches the capacity based on the equipment manufacturer’s power rating.

4. Equipment Purchase: When purchasing equipment, always research the manufacturer’s product quality first. It’s often difficult to distinguish product quality online; on-site visits to the manufacturer are essential. Don’t be misled by low prices.
